I got the rocky road and it tasted really good. The only thing was that the diet/allergen info wasn’t super obvious before ordering, so I had to click around a bit to figure it out. It would be nice if that stuff was easier to see upfront. Overall not bad at all, just that part could use a little work.

The gift presentation was just okay, honestly. It looked kind of plain and low-effort, like some sad little afterthought instead of something meant to feel special.

I was disappointed with this. It seemed fine at first, but it broke way sooner than I expected. Just not worth it.

My order from Rocky Road showed up a day later than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating because I kept checking for updates and didn’t really know what was going on. But once it arrived, I felt a lot better, the box was in good shape, nothing was damaged, and the packaging felt sensible without a bunch of unnecessary extra stuff. Overall, I’m happy with the delivery. I just wish the tracking had been more accurate so I wasn’t left wondering.

The box showed up a little dented, but thankfully everything inside was okay. I do think it could use better padding, especially for shipping. It wasn’t terrible, but I expected a bit more, and I also thought any response or update would’ve been a little faster.

They’ve got some good stuff, no doubt. I found a couple things I liked, so it’s not like it was a waste or anything. But yeah, the selection felt kinda thin. I was expecting more options to dig through, and it just didn’t really have that much going on

My order ended up arriving much later than expected, which was frustrating. I also tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I kept getting passed around in a loop without a clear answer. Not the best experience overall...

I don’t know, maybe I just got a bad batch, but mine showed up tasting old and it was really dry. I was expecting it to be fresh, so that was a letdown. I kept thinking maybe the next bite would be better, but no, it just tasted stale the whole time.

I used Rocky Road to browse around and place an order, and overall it was straightforward. I’ve used a few similar sites before, so I usually notice quickly when the layout is confusing, but this one was easy enough to follow. The menus made sense, and checkout didn’t take too long.
The only downside was that a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and one filter didn’t work right so I had to go back and try again. Not a huge deal, though. It was still a good experience overall, and I’d probably use the site again.

I really wanted to like this, but the texture was kind of off. It felt gritty, almost like it had been sitting around too long, and it came across a bit stale to me. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “texture can vary a little from batch to batch,” which I get, but this one just wasn’t great.

Most of my stuff showed up fine, so that was good, but one of the flavors was wrong. I mean, not the end of the world or anything, just kind of annoying when you're expecting one thing and then—yeah, it's something else

I tried the rocky road mix, it was not for me. It was way too sweet but somehow still tasted kind of flat, like the chocolate was cheap and the marshmallows had been sitting around too long. I gave it a few bites, but it just wasn’t doing it. I wouldn’t order this again.

I wanted to like it, and parts of it seemed decent at first, but I just kept feeling like the price didn’t match what I actually got. It’s not terrible, but for the money, I expected a lot more. Kind of frustrating because it gives off the impression that it should be better than it is.

Definitely regret ordering it and wouldn’t buy again.

The product was fine overall, but dealing with customer service was a headache. I had to follow up twice before anyone got back to me, which felt slow compared to other companies I’ve ordered from. When I finally did get a response, the person seemed rushed and didn’t really sort out the issue. It just made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be, so I’m not sure I’d buy from them again

The portions were bigger than I thought they’d be. One box was enough for me and my partner to split, which was a nice surprise. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the toppings were spread out a little more evenly, but overall, solid

The issue did get fixed eventually, which I’m glad about, but I had to chase support a few times before anything really moved. I would’ve felt a lot better if they had kept me updated or reassured me that it was actually being looked into. It worked out, but the waiting and lack of communication made it more stressful than it needed to be.
